Result: Award Winner for Shopping Centre Maxi Award - USA for concept and redesign of the traditional shopping centre information desk to full concierge service with delivery. This created additional sales for the tenants of Greenwood Plaza and advertising within the immediate community of North Sydney and completely reduced the cost of running information desk within the centre.
